Sageran Naicker Executive Assets

Sageran has more than 25 years of experience in the electricity industry. Prior to his Executive appointment in 2022, he has held several engineering leadership and senior leadership roles at ElectraNet since 2009.

He is responsible to ensure that the expected asset performance is achieved throughout the full lifecycle of ElectraNet’s transmission assets at the lowest possible cost.

Sageran has proven ability to lead people and apply strategic planning in complex project portfolios and technical operating environments. He has senior level experience in leading a diverse engineering functions with a strong customer focus.

Sageran holds an Bachelor’s degree (Electrical: Heavy Current), as well as a Masters of Business Administration.
