Nicola has extensive experience in the areas of tax, structuring and business transactions and has worked in Canada, London and Adelaide.
She joined ElectraNet in July 2018 predominantly working on contracted projects and was promoted to Deputy General Counsel leading the legal and property services teams in July 2020. In October 2022, Nicola was promoted to Executive Legal, Risk and Governance, leading the Legal, Risk, Governance & Assurance, Land & Approvals and Sustainability teams.
Nicola has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide, is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Courts of South Australia and Victoria, and a qualified Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
