For effective service delivery we have structured our organisation into four divisions:

•   Commercial Services Division

Responsible for strategic direction and delivery across finance,
procurement, business development, information,
communication and technology.

•   Corporate Services Division

Responsible for strategic direction and delivery across strategy
planning, governance, quality, human resources, legal,
corporate communications, facilities management, safety,
risk and insurance, and environment.

•   Network Services Division

Responsible for capital project delivery, engineering technology
strategy, operating the transmission network and managing the
long-term life of assets.

•   Network Strategy and Regulatory Affairs Division

Responsible for long-term network strategy, network planning
and development, asset strategy, transmission pricing and
regulatory management.
