ElectraNet advises that a planned outage will take place on 29 October 2017, which will interrupt electricity
supply across Eyre Peninsula.

The outage will occur from 3am to 11am and affect customers in the highlighted area of the map below.

During this time, ElectraNet will undertake essential works on the 132,000 volt transmission line between the Cultana and Yadnarie substations. A series of maintenance works have been coordinated to occur during this time to avoid the need for multiple outages.

For the work to be completed safely, the transmission line must be turned off. Affected businesses and households will receive written notification from SA Power Networks.

ElectraNet apologises for any inconvenience caused by the need to interrupt supply while this essential work is undertaken.

This work may not proceed if weather conditions are unsuitable or if there are unforeseen circumstances.
