For contractors requiring access to ElectraNet’s extranet, please click the portal link below.

The ElectraNet Transmission Asset Access Manual (TAAM) and Switching Manual are available from the Extranet.  Please note, the ElectraNet Extranet is a secure site, and you will need to enter your unique username and password to gain access.

If you do not possess a unique username and password, please complete and process ElectraNet’s External Users IT Systems Access Application Form. Please then submit this form to your organisation’s ElectraNet contact or representative (an employee at ElectraNet) who will convert this into an internal form for processing.
