Consistent with electricity industry best practice, the circuit or plant involved in every transmission outage is investigated after each incident. These investigations aim to determine the cause of the outage, identify any actions required and, where necessary, carry out remedial work.

- Technical Design Services - are available through ElectraNet's highly skilled technical staff.
- Telecommunications site sharing - installation of equipment on structures owned by ElectraNet is available (where technical compatibility is achievable).
- Specialist Remote Operating Services - ElectraNet's 24 hour Control Centre can monitor and remotely operate your electrical plant.
