This touring group also have percussion, brass zoo and toe tapping toddler arrangements to share.

SA Great, Speakers in Schools Program
The SA Great Speakers in Schools program began in October 2005 as a small pilot program and now, thanks to corporate support, the program is offered to all schools in South Australia. ElectraNet have provided sponsorship for program since October 2008.
The SA Great Speakers in Schools is a program that has been developed for young South Australians based on the idea of attraction and retention to our state - an important element of the SA Great strategic intent.
Many students are still making important career decisions during their high school years and first few years of tertiary study. The speaker in schools program is a great opportunity to capture the imagination of students at this stage. The program currently has around 350 young, volunteer speakers participating and in 2008/09 the program will deliver 450 presentations in schools across the state.
Programs such as the Speakers in School programs energise our state. We support. We benefit.

Angel Flights
ElectraNet have sponsored Angel Flights, based out of the Aldinga Aero Club since 2007. Angel Flights is a service that provides a vital link between city and country hospitals via air. Transporting seriously ill people and their families when required to and from hospital for treatment.
ElectraNet’s sponsorship for 2008/09 has covered fuel costs for 26 flights. These have been to and/or from Mt Gambier, Jamestown, Port Lincoln & Robinvale. Arriving flights are met on land by the equivalent on land group, the “Earth Angels” who transport the patient to the hospital. Landing fees are waived by the airports as a good gesture.
Aldinga’s Aero Club currently has 5 pilots who are qualified and who own their own planes, capable of conducting the state’s Angel Flights.
These flights can save hours in transport and travel time, critical when you are seriously ill and not up to a full return trip by car or bus.
An ongoing issue for Angel Flights will be the ongoing rising fuel prices.
Friends of the Parks
The objectives the Friends of Parks groups are to provide opportunities for public participation in the management of national parks and historic sites; to raise funds to support national parks, historic sites and the social functions of the Friends group; to publicise national parks and historic sites as well as the objectives of the Friends; and to provide cultural and social events for the benefit of members, staff and the general public.
The Forum is held in a different part of the State each year, and is hosted by a local group or committee. It includes business sessions, park excursions, educational and social activities, displays, awards and guest speakers.
The 25th Annual Friends of Parks Forum was held in Adelaide in 2010.
ElectraNet is committed to increasing community awareness and involvement in the protection of national heritage listed places such as the Adelaide Park Lands. This ACR Program is significant milestone in South Australia’s infrastructure development for ElectraNet and we value the support of groups such as the Friends of Parks. The ACR Program shares key principles with the Friends of Parks such as supporting the protection of flora, fauna and important significant sites through revegetation initiatives and minimising disturbance of significant trees along the cable route.
